As per the
Victorian Government Gazette Notice, the Australian College of
Professionals (ACP) has been approved to conduct prescribed courses for
the purposes of sections 14 and 16 of the Estate Agents Act 1980. This
means we can now offer the Victorian Agents Representative and
Victorian Estate Agents licensing courses.
This
course is for real estate agents who wish to wish to gain the required
qualifications to be able to conduct auctions and to be recognised by
NSW Fair Trading as a real estate auctioneer. This is a
practical-based course and provides course participants with
opportunities to acquire and practice new skills in all areas relating
to real estate auctions. Once the module has been completed, licensed
students will be
able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for their Real Estate Auctioneer
Accreditation. For students who do not have a real estate licence, this
course covers 1 out of the 24 competencies required for the Real Estate
Licence application.
Courses
are scheduled on an 'on-demand' basis and classes are strictly
limited to 3 students only. If you would like to be contacted
when the next course is scheduled, please contact us and we will
contact you prior to the course announcement.
Recognition
of Prior Learning (RPL) You
may be assessed for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition
of Current Competence (RCC) for this module. This
means
that you will not need to attend training for this qualification.
Assessment is undertaken on an individual basis and determination of
RPL or RCC is based on the third party evidence of your previous
experience and
