Victorian Accreditation

As per the Victorian Government Gazette Notice, the Australian College of Professionals (ACP) has been approved to conduct prescribed courses for the purposes of sections 14 and 16 of the Estate Agents Act 1980. This means we can now offer the Victorian Agents Representative and Victorian Estate Agents licensing courses.

Centrelink Approved Courses

 

The Australian College of Professionals is a Centrelink Approved provider of the following training courses:

Real Estate Courses:

  • Certificate of Registration (entry level) in Real Estate
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) 
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) 
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Business Broking) 
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Stock & Station) 

Finance Courses:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
This is great news for individuals who will be eligible to receive training funding through the Australian Government.  Individuals are encouraged to contact Centrelink directly to assess their eligibility in receiving government training funding.  Funding options that are currently available include:
  • Training and Learning Bonus
  • Education Entry Supplement
  • Training Supplement Fortnightly Payment
To apply for Centrelink support while studying, you will need to:
  1. Download an application form from the Centrelink website or call the Centrelink student line on 13 24 90.
  2. Include the Approved Institution Code for the Australian College of Professionals: which is 2R001.
  3. All Australian College of Professionals course codes can be found on the National Training Information Service (NTIS) website.
IMPORTANT: You will need to contact Centrelink to check your eligibility for funding. DO NOT contact the Australian College of Professionals as we are unable to assess your eligibility.
