Overview:
This
upgrade course is suitable for people who have successfully completed
the
Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or currently
hold a NSW Real Estate Licence under the NSW Property, Stock and
Business Agents Act 2002..
If you currently hold a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real
Estate) and are able to supply us with a copy of your transcript, or
you have a current NSW Real Estate Licence, you
will be given Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for eighteen (18) of
the twenty-six (26) competencies required to obtain the Diploma level
qualification.
The
remaining eight (8) competencies are then completed
through
attendance and particpiation in an intensive four (4) day
workshop.
