News and Common Property are two newsletters that are written by Bailey
Compton, Principal Solicitor of our parent company and law
firm,
Leverage Australia. Aside from being a Practicing
Solicitor, Bailey is also a Licensed Real
Estate Agent, Licensed Strata Manager, Licensed Business Agent,
Accredited Mediator and an Accredited Mortgage Broker.
For the
last two decades, Bailey has been involved with balancing professional
business and personal affairs. Bailey has worked eleven years
at the Office of Fair Trading in New South Wales and in Western
Australia in the area of legislative reform, investigation, licensing
and prosecution. Since 2001, Bailey has created an
incorporated legal practice and been one of the driving forces behind
the creation of Leverage Australia and the Australian College of
Professionals.

Managers while Common Property provides useful insights and
information for professionals working in the Strata property sector.
