Course
Overview:
This
licence
involves the purchase of management rights. You must be
nominated on
the Contract of Sale for one of the lots in the complex, as either an
individual or as a Director of a Company who is purchasing the overall
management rights. You must also live on-site to be eligible
to apply
for an On-Site Residential Property Managers licence.
This
course is for people who wish to gain the qualifications to apply for
their On-Site Residential Property Manager Licence in NSW and students
undertake an in-depth
study of the on-site residential property management process.
This is a
practical-based course and provides course participants with
opportunities to acquire and practice new skills in all areas relating
to on-site
residential property management. Once all
modules have been completed, students will be
able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for their On-Site
Residential Property Management licence.
There
are five modules/courses which make up the On-Site
Residential Property Management Licence
program. The
successful completion of this training program will mean
that the person gains a Statement of Attainment for the national Units
of Competency required by NSW Fair Trading to make application for a
NSW On-Site Residential Property Manager Licence.
The courses listed here are based on the premise that you have
not already completed the introductory Certificate of Registration
course.

Recognition
of Prior Learning (RPL)
You
may be assessed for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition
of Current Competence (RCC) for one or more modules. This
means
that you will not need to attend training for that module.
Assessment is undertaken on an individual basis and determination of
RPL or RCC is based on the evidence of your previous experience and
learning.
Existing property agents who
have staff and financial management experience, may be eligible for our
5 day
Fast Track Licence program. Please contact
