Victorian Accreditation

As per the Victorian Government Gazette Notice, the Australian College of Professionals (ACP) has been approved to conduct prescribed courses for the purposes of sections 14 and 16 of the Estate Agents Act 1980. This means we can now offer the Victorian Agents Representative and Victorian Estate Agents licensing courses.

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

Course Overview:

This course is for people who wish to gain the qualification to apply for their Real Estate Licence in NSW and students undertake an in-depth study of the entire real estate process. This is a practical-based course and provides course participants with opportunities to acquire and practice new skills in all areas relating to real estate. Once all modules have been completed, students will be able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for their Real Estate licence.

There are six modules/courses which make up the Real Estate Licence program and cover the 24 competencies required to gain a full Real Estate Licence. The successful completion of this full training program will mean that the person gains the award of a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). The courses listed here are based on the premise that you have not already completed the introductory Certificate of Registration course.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
You may be assessed for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competence (RCC) for one or more modules. This means that you will not need to attend training for that module. Assessment is undertaken on an individual basis and determination of RPL or RCC is based on the third party evidence of your previous experience and learning.

The successful completion of this full training program will mean that the person gains the award of a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

Existing property agents who have 2 years or more of sales experience, may be eligible for our 5 day Fast Track Licence program. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility.
