Certificate of Registration

Those commencing work in the NSW property services industry are required to apply for a Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading which involves gaining a Certificate of Registration qualification. Different Certificate of Registration categories apply to the different industry sectors.

The Australian College of Professionals conducts three (3) day training, two (2) day, one (1) day and distance education training courses for people to complete the Statement of Attainment required to obtain a Certificate of Registration through the NSW Office of Fair Trading. Our courses are developed in conjunction with the law firm, Leverage Australia, and are delivered by current industry professionals and solicitors. This means that students are able to benefit from the analysis of real cases and scenarios and receive the most up to date knowledge of legislation and industry best practices.

A Certificate of Registration may be granted for people to work in roles that include, but are not limited to:

  • real estate salesperson
  • stock and station salesperson
  • business salesperson/broker
  • property manager
  • strata manager

See what past students think by visiting our Testimonials page.

In addition to NSW Property Services qualifications, the Australian College of Professionals is approved to conduct the prescribed Agents Representative course for Victoria as well as the Certificate of Registration qualifications for Qld and the ACT.
