Paradigms Australia

WHO IS PARADIGMS AUSTRALIA (PA)?

PA is a product of the Australian College of Professionals (ACP) and Leverage Australia (Leverage).  Since 2003, ACP has been delivering cutting edge training to agents, facilities managers and the finance industry.  It's cutting edge training has earned it the reputation of providing the most practical, knowledgeable and entertaining education programs in those industries.

Leverage is the parent company of ACP.  Leverage is an incorporated legal practice, having expertise in developing businesses and facilitating entrepreneurial ventures.  Leverage has a mixture of Managers, Accountants, Solicitors and Auditors that gives it unique opportunities for success.  Leverage and ACP work collaboratively to succeed by creating success for its customers.

WHAT IS PA?

PA is a membership that professionals can join.  It is designed to assist professionals across selected marketplaces.  To maintain expertise at a high level, PA will be developed along selected marketplace paradigms, that is, it will only be developed in specific areas so that a high level of service can be provided to participants in that marketplace.

A paradigm is a way of thinking.  It stands for: People Amalgamating Resources to Advance and Develop every Individual, all Groups and whole Marketplaces.  PA is about providing seven things to its customers:

         Advice; Advocacy; Education; Resources; Networking; Internal support; and Growth.

PA seeks membership from professionals.  It is established to service all people in a single business enterprise.  Membership is available to:

         A single corporate entity which has a number of offices;

         Multiple corporations that operate out of a single premises;

         A combination of legal entities that operate out of a single business premises; and

         Individuals who wish to become a member of PA who are employed by a business that is not a member of PA.

The membership is structured so that although only one membership is available to each member, every member who needs services in that office can have access.

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES OFFERED?

All members will receive a Members Benefit Statement.  This is a loose leaf book which sets out what each service contains, its limitations and if necessary any costs.  It is designed so that benefits can be continuously added to this booklet as PA grows.  It also permits for variation where necessary of any of the service offerings.

The services which will be offered initially will include:

         Advice;

         Advocacy;

         Resources;

         Access to educational products; and

         Access to professional products.

HOW DO I JOIN?

People can join by merely:

         Completing an application form;

         Paying a joining fee of $330; and

         Paying an annual subscription of $990.

After the first year, no joining fee will be applicable.  Due to the increased services, it is anticipated that the annual subscription fee will be increased marginally in years to come.

For those who join at a PA seminar, a free spot check will be given to each member.  This means that a member of Leverage will attend the office of the member and provide a short compliance check of the office.  This will identify whether the office complies with their marketplace regulations and supply a checklist of work to be undertaken by the member.
