College Principal
Rosy is a Director of the company
and is the Principal of the College. She has university degrees at
the honours level in Education and Psychology. She has worked as a
Government official for sixteen (16) years and specialised in the area of government policy
and training. Of most importance, Rosy has been conducting adult
education and training for over twenty (20) years, during which time she
has become one of the most recognised leaders in adult education in her
selected fields. |

Bailey Compton
Principal
Solicitor
Bailey is a Director of The
Australian College of Professionals and is the Principal Solicitor of
Leverage Law. Bailey holds university Degrees in Law and
Administration. Bailey is currently considered by many practitioners to be
the best legal mind in the real estate and property industry. Bailey is a
dynamic trainer who provides a practical overlay to all information that
is delivered to students. |

John Sullivan
Finance Director
John is a qualified accountant
with many years experience in the finance, banking and accounting
industries. John is also a qualified trainer and assessor and is
involved in the conduct of the mortgage broking course. With his
twenty-two (22) years of experience in the banking industry in retail and
commercial banking, his knowledge is invaluable to the students in this
area. John is also a licensed business broker and assists in the conduct
and assessment of the business broker training, financial management and
trust account training. |

Vivien Compton
Marketing Director
Vivien is responsible for all
marketing for the company. She is a holder of a salespersons license
in real estate in New South Wales and has been a Director of a corporation
for a number of years. Vivien also has qualifications in conveyancing and
marketing. |

John Upton
Senior Trainer
John has over thirty two (32)
years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a licensed
real estate agent, business broker, stock and station agent and an
accredited auctioneer. He has been a Director of three real estate
companies which are third-generation businesses, with further interests in
development and sales. Through the College, John works in a role
that supports newcomers to the real estate industry, and provides them
with advice and training in order to increase their performance and
enthusiasm within the industry. |

Mick Mathers
Senior Trainer
Mick has over thirty years of
experience in the stock and station sector of the property industry.
He has university qualifications in applied science majoring in grazing
animals and holds a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of
Sydney. He also studied wool and pastoral science at the University
of New South Wales. Mick has been involved in the stock industry for many
years, commencing with horse bloodstock and now operates an agistment
business for horses. |

Naomi Haney
Propery Management
Trainer
Naomi's professional experience in
property management assists her to develop a superior level of organisational skills that benefit the College
and its students in terms of the day-to-day logistical operation of the
College. As her role as the Property Management Trainer, Naomi
conducts the property management Certificate and Licensing courses and has
brought to students a whole new meaning for the words 'organised' and 'implementation of
checklists'. |

Linh Renel
Business Development
Manager
Linh works in the marketing side
of the College and her organisational skills ensure that the real estate
community is aware of the services being offered by the College. Linh's
knowledge of the full range of training and consultancy services provided
by the College, combined with her high energy level and enthusiasm for
assisting course participants is contagious and ensures that all persons
have a positive experience from enrolment through to course completion.

Therese Mourani
Course
Administration
Therese is one of the most
organised persons that the College has ever met. Her role in the College is to
process new enrolments, compile all student feedback and prepare reports
for management review, issue information packages to new students and
organise the physical training venues.

Kate Xiaoyan Li
Training Executive
As Training Executive Kate is
responsible for management of course resources. She has university
qualifications in TESOL (Teaching English as Second Foreign Language) and
in Human Resource Development and Management from the University of
Sydney. Her combination of knowledge and organisational skills ensure that
both trainers and students have a positive experience through the
courses. |

Fearnie Fisher
Licensing Manager
Fearnie is a foundation staff
member of the College and is responsible for licensing. Fearnie has
expertise in all property agency licensing and is developing an in depth
knowledge of liquor licensing. Fearnie has specialised in licensing
for the past five years assisting hundreds of persons to acquire licences
quickly, efficiently and painlessly. |

Ashleigh Wilson
Business Manager
Ashleigh is one of the Business
Managers operating in ACP's business centre. Ashleigh has worked in
the real estate industry for five years, both working for real estate
agencies and the legal department at Leverage Australia. Ashleigh
has worked for ACP as a Course Co-ordinator and has been the Business
Manager for the Principal Solicitor for the past two years. Ashleigh
brings both a practical and a sound theoretical history to her work as
Business Manager and more specifically as a member of the Colleges
Licensing Team. |
