Rosy is a Director of the company and is the Principal of the College. She has university degrees at the honours level in Education and Psychology. She has worked as a Government official for sixteen (16) years and specialised in the area of government policy and training. Of most importance, Rosy has been conducting adult education and training for over twenty (20) years, during which time she has become one of the most recognised leaders in adult education in her selected fields.

Bailey is a Director of The Australian College of Professionals and is the Principal Solicitor of Leverage Law. Bailey holds university Degrees in Law and Administration. John is a qualified accountant with many years experience in the finance, banking and accounting industries. John is also a qualified trainer and assessor and is involved in the conduct of the mortgage broking course. With his twenty-two (22) years of experience in the banking industry in retail and commercial banking, his knowledge is invaluable to the students in this area. John is also a licensed business broker and assists in the conduct and assessment of the business broker training, financial management and trust account training.

Vivien is responsible for all marketing for the company. She is a holder of a salespersons license in real estate in New South Wales and has been a Director of a corporation for a number of years. Vivien also has qualifications in conveyancing and marketing.

Bruce has been a Teacher, a Public Servant and a Solicitor. This provides him with a unique balance of managing the future of youth and adults. As a trainer, Bruce is respected for his experience and admired for his ability to bring out the best in his students. Bruce's role is to ensure that the College remains compliant with its own laws, but also to provide research and development which will keep the College at the forefront of skills and growth.

He has won national awards in mortgage broking, trained at an international level and worked in large property legal practices in New South Wales. He is Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales; a Registered Valuer in NSW, and a full member of the MFAA and is SEQUAL Accredited. This vast array of qualifications and experience, combined with his easy manner of sharing information with his students, makes the learning process valuable and enjoyable.

John Upton Trainer

John has over thirty two (32) years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a licensed real estate agent, business broker, stock and station agent and an accredited auctioneer. He has been a Director of three real estate companies which are third-generation businesses, with further interests in development and sales. Through the College, John works in a role that supports newcomers to the real estate industry, and provides them with advice and training in order to increase their performance and enthusiasm within the industry.

Mick has over thirty years of experience in the stock and station sector of the property industry. He has university qualifications in applied science majoring in grazing animals and holds a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Sydney. He also studied wool and pastoral science at the University of New South Wales. Mick has been involved in the stock industry for many years, commencing with horse bloodstock and now operates an agistment business for horses.

Michelle has many years of experience in the training and assessment business. She brings to the College a broad range of skills ranging from IT to the development of innovative and current training materials for students. Her main responsibilities with the College are to ensure the currency of all information provided to students and assist in the compliance of College processes. Michelle is also a trainer in the general business administration and the management programs.

Fearnie is a foundation staff member of the College and is responsible for licensing. Fearnie has expertise in all property agency licensing and is developing an in depth knowledge of liquor licensing. Fearnie has specialised in licensing for the past five years assisting hundreds of persons to acquire licences quickly, efficiently and painlessly.

Brooke Hasselman Licensing Co-ordinator
Brooke has brought a financial services angle to the licensing team. She has worked for over five years in financial planning and has an eye for detail, which is essential when assisting people to gain licensing in the property and finance industries. She is able to assist people to identify transferrable skills from one industry to another and therefore streamline the progression of Recognition of Prior Learning in the licensing process.

Ruba Elias College Programs Co-ordinator
Ruba has over five years experience working in Registered Training Organisations. She has brought this experience to the College and is responsible for the management of all training programs, from developing the course calendar on a six monthly basis, to ensuring currency of the College database and website for all programs. She is also the person who undertakes the final process of issuing the academic transcripts and statements of attainment. Her organisational ability and her keen attention to detail is essential in this high workload area.

Fran joined the Australian College of Professionals this year and has 12 years management experience in the Outdoor Education, Marketing/Advertising Software Development and International Emergency Medical and Travel Assistance industries. In these roles she has been responsible for the planning, development, implementation and management of a variety of customised programs and support services to businesses and customers. Belinda Dorresteyn College Administration
Belinda is responsible for working with Trainees who are completing their license qualifications through the College. These students are throughout New South Wales and their point of contact is Belinda, which means she provides telephone and personal support for the assessment process whilst also ensuring that students have the correct materials and academic support for the module they are completing. Belinda’s role also extends to managing the distance education programs within the college and for liaison with all correspondence students. With over 5 years experience in financial planning and services, Belinda brings valuable customer service and an eye for detail to her role.
